Magazine, in which Shock! used Yon's famous photograph on their premiere cover without permission nor payment. Publisher HFM has denied responsibility rather than taking action. Big-chain stores such as Borders have sided with the publisher for the sake of continuing business rather than taking a stand for justice. Please register your displeasure with HFM and with Borders ... and then do your book shopping elsewhere!
