What is CWIRE?
CWIRE is a community directory and Application Service provider (ASP) for a small part of Los Angeles, focused on local charities and the people/causes which they serve. CWIRE is a social enterprise supporting local charities by:
  1) helping charities to create and promote independent websites
  2) promoting local activities and events
  3) syndicating the newsletters and press releases of local agencies
  4) recruiting & referring volunteers and donors
